It’s review season and you know what that means, right? Sheer panic! Your manager is going to tell you all of the horrible things that they have thought about you all year, your performance is terrible and they want to put you on a probationary period or worse yet, fire you. Right?....Wrong!!!!

I’m often asked how I stay so positive through such uncertainty of starting and growing a business. I usually fumble through the answer because the truth is, I just do! There is really no big secret. Being positive and happy is a choice and we all have the ability to immerse ourselves in both.
