What's Your 2011 Success Plan?

November 12 2010

Does it seem a bit early to be thinking about your 2011 goals? Not really, when you think about it. Once the holidays are fully underway, you'll have so many other things on your plate (literally and figuratively!) that planning may get overlooked.

Why not get a jumpstart on the new year, take some me-time and begin developing your 2011 Success Plan today?

Of course, we all have our own definition of success -- at home and at work. I define my success by the degree to which I can help people like YOU meet (and exceed) your personal and professional goals. How's this for a deal: if you tell me more about your 2011 goals, I'll let you know if/how I can help? I've created a brief survey to get a better sense of your priorities.

Can you put aside 10 minutes this week to answer 10 questions to jumpstart your 2011 Success Plan?

Taking steps to define your vision, and identify goals to help actualize your vision, will improve your morale and reduce your anxiety about entering the new year. By articulating your vision and goals, you'll become clearer about what things to do (and NOT to do).

And, by sharing your vision and goals with someone else, you may even begin to uncover hidden challenges (or behaviors) that could sabotage your success. At the end of the survey, you'll find out how you can arrange an introductory call to discuss your 2011 Success Plan with me.

I believe it IS possible to create a career and life plan that aligns with your interests, talents, and values. It just may not be as linear as you'd originally imagined. I think we're all beginning to accept that lesson as we continue to navigate in today's New Normal. Creating the roadmap is a first step; recognizing that there will be detours along the way is a good next step. The trick is to keep moving!

To your success,

Coach Colette
