Good Morning Austin!
March 13 2010
Being at SXSW is a little like returning to college - lots of people, trying to locate friends, navigating the layout, long lines to register and rushing between programs and presentations. Yes, feeling nostalgic and energized!
Yesterday, I managed to squeeze in the session with Gretchen Rubin, author of The Happiness Project. Some of the things Gretchen mentioned that make us happier:
* Sleep (I won't be getting much over the next few days)
* Exercise (that is not on the schedule)
* Novelty and Challenge (THAT is definitely on the list for the next 3 days - this conference is anything but routine).
As Day 2 of SXSW unfolds - I'll tweet (@jkhoey), connect with other 85 Broads (@lindare @aellislegal to name two), meet up with Gretchen Rubin and soak in a whole lot of innovation and creativity - all of which makes me very happy.
