We are pleased to share we have launched our inaugural "Women Leading
from the Frontlines" Open Enrollment Academy February 8-11, 2012. We
invite you to consider this for yourselves and sharing with a broader
constituency. Below is a high-level overview; attached is the
registration form for your convenience.
What: Open enrollment academy designed specifically for female leaders
and led by female General Officers, including the first USMA woman
graduate to achieve the rank of brigadier general and the first woman
to lead a department at the U.S. Military Academy, as well as other
expert faculty, who will reveal their battle-tested principles of
leadership lessons learned from West Point and the Army.
Who: The targeted audience is mid- to senior-level women leaders and
those desiring to re-enter the workforce at a senior level, who want
proven, practical tools of what it means to be a more effective,
inspiring leader.
Program Overview: The faculty, all inspirational leaders of character,
will facilitate classroom sessions; give keynote addresses; and
provide mentorship and guidance in small interactive experiential
sessions on topics such as “Enhancing your Leadership Identity”,
“Commander’s Intent”, and more. The faculty will bring theory to life
and demonstrate meaningful connections between military leadership,
and leadership in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors.
Participants will able to actively hone these concepts and apply the
skills through experiential activities, while simultaneously expanding
their professional network.

Registration: Registration closes January 18, 2012, is limited to 50
participants, and spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served
