As you may know that Live Earth India 2008 concert to be held on Dec 7 '08 in Mumbai was cancelled due to the deadly terror attacks that left the world shocked starting Nov 26th '08. 

Due to the spirited response to the "Friends of Live Earth India" (FOLE) program from environmental, educational, corporate, and other organizations throughout India and internationally in 2008, the deadline has been extended for FOLE events to February 28, 2009 for completion.

The opportunity to reach individuals, students, and employees through the planned "Friends" events is extremely valuable, and can create a lasting legacy of awareness and change.  It is one of the best ways communities/individuals can continue to support and organize acts of hope and education regarding climate crisis around the world.

I hope you will join and host a "Friends of Live Earth" event as planned earlier; or will now plan one in your part of the world and become an agent of optimism.
