Elaine is the General Manager of Intel China Marketing and Channel Group. Based in Beijing, she is responsible for all marketing and channel business in PRC, including strategy, marketing and promotions of Intel brand and products, retail and partner co-marketing, and distribution/channel development and management. Elaine joined Intel in 1993 as a software design engineer in the United States. She subsequently relocated to Asia Pacific, holding several sales, marketing and management positions in China and Asia Pacific.
Dr. Osborne is a Zambian national, currently working as a senior advisor, HIV/AIDS / Team Leader with the World Health Organization (WHO) in the People's Republic of China. Her education background includes an MB.,Ch.B medical degree as well as two masters degrees; one in pediatrics & child health and the other in epidemiology. Dr. Osborne's professional career and work experience spans over 20 years, with progressive managerial experience at senior level both in Zambia and in Ethiopia, Switzerland, Botswana and now China.
