I had the privelege to spend the weekend at the Judge Business School at Cambridge University this weekend. Beth Altringer wrote this amazing poem -- the women at Judge absolutely ROCK.

'Women I Needed to Hear From'

It's been a long road since training wheels, tightly fastened on...
Cinderella tales and girlie games - yes those days are gone.
Or are they still lingering there, fables that do not fade?
A faint persistent pressure on the dearest dreams I've made?

I worked hard to make things possible, and then I reached this age...
When others say, "Oh by the way, you can't stay so well engaged."
Not if you want other things - a great career and a happy family...
The latter, they say, in coded words, is your sole responsibility.

Often I think "Surely it's changed. It's the year Two Thousand and Nine."
And yet I see this contradiction... happening all the time.

.... Except for the 85 Broads launch, at Cambridge yesterday...
Women like you - such rare women who - insist it will be okay
Each took the stage at every age, your lives all stories that say:
"It may be rough but we are tough and we will find a way."
