Wednesday Goldman Sachs & Co. announced their new class of Partners and yesterday they announced their new Managing Directors. Twelve years ago I was one of those fortunate people who got the call inviting me into the partnership of the firm. The year I made it, I was one of two women out of a total of thirty-eight bringing the grand total at that point in time up to twelve.
