I had the honor of working with Joe Gregory from 2004-2007 to help build the business case that Lehman was a wonderful place for the smartest women on the planet to work. We focused on undergrads, b-school women, and lateral hires. As a result, some extraordinary women joined the firm— each adding value to the business and to the firm’s awesome culture.
